EVP-X RECOMMENDED USE
Use on training days only. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1 serving (1 scoop) of EVP-X. for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional scoop. Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 – 10 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may expierence a tingling sensations, which is attributed to beta alanine.
